We're Having a Seconds and Sample Sale - come to Sheffield!

On Saturday 16th November and Sunday 17th November, we’re opening our studios up as part of the Yorkshire Artspace’s annual Open Studios Event - it’s a wonderful chance to venture inside the Artspace’s buildings and glimpse the behind the scenes set-up of over 100 artists working in Sheffield. (You can see a full list of the makers / artists / designers here).

What’s more, we’ve decided to host a seconds and sample sale at the same time. Slight seconds and one-off sample pieces will be for sale at a reduced price. We’ll also have firsts for sale too.

I know many of you aren’t local to Sheffield, but the invite is there if you’d like to venture to this neck of the woods. I’d love to welcome you to our city. I was going to write a long list of recommendations for places to stay, visit and eat at, but others have done it for me. So I’ll share those instead, below. But if you need any help or advice with making plans if you’re visiting from elsewhere, just get in touch.
