Essential oil burner thrown in an iron-rich stoneware and glazed in our chun glaze, reduction fired in a gas kiln. This glaze is a beautifully subtle transparent glaze with a pale blue hue. Cobalt brushwork over the surface of the glaze adds a pop of colour and surface decoration.

This is a very easy way of making arrangements out of the foliage and flowers you have available (even in the midst of Winter!). Alternatively the vessel can be used as a regular stem vase without the lid.
