Here is my round up of ‘big’ gifts, statement pieces and one offs..
A One of a Kind
This is one of the largest bowls we have made, fired in our gas kiln, the layer of tenmoku and chun makes a distinctive pattern on the interior. It is a statement piece which could be used decoratively or as a functional vessel for mixing dough and so on.
A Statement Piece
The Autumnus Vase is a bold, sculptural and modular vase which, whilst appearing ornamental, is not without function. We designed it to be used for floral arrangements in three ways - the bowl with plinth, without plinth, or by using the plinth as a smaller vase itself.
A Dinner Service
Our made to order service makes a great gift. You choose the configuration and make payment, and we will put together a voucher for you to give the lucky recipient, plus a bundle of glaze swatch tiles so they can choose their colours. There is an 8-week lead time.
An Atmospheric Piece
This bowl is glazed in our shino glaze and it has the most fascinating markings on the interior, where the glaze is thick and thin and where carbon has trapped beneath the glaze to create sooty, starry patterns.
A Smoky Shino Teapot
This particular teapot is one of two fired in our most recent gas firing, in a shino glaze with a chun liner. It is the most beautiful smoky grey colour caused by carbon trapping under the glaze, from the reduction process. A one off.
A Rich Tenmoku
We only made two of these and I love how rich the tenmoku glaze is, with a pale blue chun inner glaze providing a refreshing contrast. Just lovely!

- This is a hard copy gift card, at check out we ask you to specify who the gift card is to and from.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of issue. Any remaining balance will be cancelled on expiry date of the validity period.
