Cup in Shino
Cup thrown in stoneware and glazed in a shino type glaze. These handle-less cups are lovely for tea or milky coffees, or can be used for stems using a kenzan flower frog. This glaze offers lots of variation depending on where it is placed in the gas kiln and how thickly the glaze is applied, and on this piece it is milky white with subtle crazing.
