Essential Oils by Essence + Alchemy - Cypress, Bergamot and Lavender

Bergamot:

Organically grown and harvested in Sicily, this essential oil is cold pressed from the fruit peel. Bergamot is an uplifting yet relaxing citrus oil, great for uplifting the mood, reducing stress and anxiety. 

Cypress:

The needles and twigs of the Cypress tree are hand harvested from the hills of Italy and then steam distilled to deliver a fresh and pine-like, woody aroma helping to provide a soothing and refreshing ambience.

Lavender:

Grown in the southern regions of France, this beautiful essential oil is steam distilled from it’s bright blue flowers and aromatic green leaves and stems. It is an extremely calming essential oil and very versatile, blending well with most oils.

How to use: For fragrance add 3 to 5 drops to 100ml water in an oil burner or diffuser and burn for a maximum of 60 minutes. For skin or bath, blend 1-2 drops per 10ml of vegetable carrier oil (sunflower, olive, rapeseed). Don’t use neat on the skin.
